Truffled Brie

Our own truffled Brie, made by slicing a Brie Dongé in half and filling it with a combination of cream, cream cheese, black summer truffle and truffle oil. The cheese is then further ripened for a minimum of one week, resulting in a smooth and creamy cheese with a rich truffled centre.
