Toasted Seed Sourdough
Our Toasted Seed Sourdough is back on the menu! We have tweaked our recipe and made the loaves a bit bigger too. Toasted sesame and sunflower seeds and a good portion of stoneground wholemeal flour make this 100% sourdough loaf deliciously "nutty" and versatile, as well as boosting its nutritional content even further. Available on Wednesdays & Sunday only.

INGREDIENTS
White, rye & wholemeal flours (gluten), water, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, honey, sea salt.
STORAGE INFO
Keeps for several days at room temperature (not too warm) in a paper or cloth bag. Freezes well.
