Super Seeded Rye Sourdough
Our new Super Seeded Rye Sourdough is made with 100% dark rye flour & rye sourdough and packed with omega-rich seeds: sunflower, golden linseed, pumpkin and sesame. It is dense, nutritious and very delicious! Available on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
Net weight approx 600g.
Please note, as this loaf is made without wheat, it may be suitable for those on a wheat-free diet. However, it does gluten and may contain wheat traces, therefore is not suitable for those with a severe allergy to gluten or wheat.
INGREDIENTS
Dark rye flour (gluten), rye sourdough, water, sunflower seeds, golden linseeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, malt, sea salt.
STORAGE INFO
Keeps for up to one week at room temperature (not too warm) wrapped in wax paper or plastic. Freezes well.
