Made using spelt (an ancient form of wheat) and organic rye flour, our seeded spelt & rye loaves contain gluten but may be suitable for some wheat-intolerant customers. Best served thinly-sliced and topped with cheese, cured meats or smoked salmon.  

  • INGREDIENTS

    Organic spelt and light rye flour (rye gluten), rye sourdough, water, sunflower seeds, golden linseeds, baker's yeast, sea salt.

  • STORAGE INFO

    Keeps for up to one week at room temperature (not too warm) wrapped in clingfilm. Freezes well.

    Baked on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays only.
