Holtwhites Sandwich Platters

Our freshly made sandwiches are now available to order in platter boxes, perfect for parties and meetings. They can be collected from either of our shops, or delivered in the Enfield area for an additional charge.
 
Platter sizes:
A large platter contains 36 pieces (quarters) which is usually enough for 8-10 people.
A small platter contains 16 pieces (quarters) which is usually enough for 3-4 people.
If you serve our platters alongside other food such as cocktail sausage rolls/cheese straws, cheese platters, cake bites or a celebration cake then they will go a bit further.
 
Bread:
We use Holtwhites white and multigrain tin loaves for sandwiches as standard, as these are the perfect size and hold together well when cut into quarters. Baguette and sourdough bread can be used if preferred, but give a more “rustic” appearance. Please specify any preferences when ordering.

Choice of fillings:
To make the ordering process simple, we have put together four popular selections: Vegetarian, Mixed, Meat and Deluxe. If you have any other preferences/requests outside of these selections, please leave a note and we'll try our best to accommodate.
Vegetarian:  
Coastal Mature Cheddar, Tracklements tomato chutney & organic leaves
St Ewe’s rich yolk egg mayonnaise, cucumber & organic leaves
Hummus & Mediterranean roasted vegetables (suitable for vegans)
Mixed:
Coastal Mature Cheddar, Tracklements tomato chutney & organic leaves
Spanish line-caught tuna, mayonnaise, cucumber & organic leaves
Local free-range ham, mustard mayonnaise, tomato & organic leaves
Meat:
Local free-range ham, mustard mayonnaise, tomato & organic leaves
Starnachas Swiss cheese, Milano Salami, tomato & organic leaves
Spanish line-caught tuna, mayonnaise, cucumber & organic leaves
 
Deluxe:
Smoked salmon, cream cheese & cucumber
Current meat "special" e.g. Pastrami, Emmental & Sauerkraut (will vary)
Current vegetarian "special" e.g. Hummus, Olive Tapenade and Roast Tenderstem Broccoli
 
Collection and delivery times:
As platters are made on the day using freshly baked bread, the earliest collection/delivery time is 11am and our latest collection/delivery time is 4pm.
 
Please specify your required collection or delivery date below, giving at least 5 days' notice, and select "Catering" on the shipping screen. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order.
