Made without conventional wheat flour, our rye loaves contain gluten but may be suitable for some wheat-intolerant customers. Best served thinly-sliced and topped with cheese, cured meats or smoked salmon. 

  • INGREDIENTS

    Organic dark and light rye flour (rye gluten), rye sourdough, water, sea salt.

  • STORAGE INFO

    Keeps for up to one week at room temperature (not too warm) wrapped in clingfilm. Freezes well.

  • AVAILABILITY

    Baked on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays only.
