Home-made crème patissiere pastry cream and plump raisins rolled with our richly laminated croissant dough.
Organic white flour (wheat gluten), water, sugar, butter (milk), yeast, egg (egg), vanilla extract, raisins (sulphites), sea salt.
Best eaten the same day, but can be revived by warming through.
Baked every day.
