Large French Tin Loaf
We now make our French Loaf in a large white tin format on the days when our traditional Holtwhites White Tin is not available (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri & Sun). Long fermentation, stone-baked bread made in the traditional style using high quality white French flour.
INGREDIENTS
“Campaillette des Champs” white flour (wheat gluten), water, yeast, sea salt.
STORAGE INFO
Stays fresh 2-3 days if stored at room temperature (not too warm) in a cloth or plastic bag. Freezes well.

Baked fresh on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri & Sun (not available on Saturdays).
