Cake: raisins, sultanas (sulphites), soft dark brown sugar, organic rye flour (rye gluten), free-range egg (egg), dates (sulphites), butter (milk), apricots (sulphites), earl grey tea, fruit syrup (water, sugar, citrus fruits), mixed peel, glace cherries, (sulphites), brandy (alcohol), water, orange and lemon juice & zest, bicarb of soda, sea salt, mixed spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves. Topping: glacage (sulphites), almonds (nuts), raisins, candied orange, dried mango, apricot, glace cherries (sulphites), pecans (nuts)
STORAGE
Once opened store in an airtight container. Best consumed before April 2025.
