Our dark and spicy Christmas cake has become a Holtwhites classic since earning its gold star at the Great Taste Awards 15 years ago. Made with organic rye flour, free range eggs, dark sugar and dried fruits, each cake is steeped in brandy, Earl Grey tea & citrus syrup and allowed to mature for several weeks before being generously adorned with fruit & nut glaze, marzipan, or icing & marzipan. A must-have in your stash of Christmas treats, and a lovely gift for family and friends. Our Christmas cakes are limited in availability, so we recommend buying yours early and storing it in the back of a cool, dark cupboard.
