Fig, Hazelnut & Aniseed Sourdough

Our new Fig, Hazelnut & Aniseed Sourdough is made with whole roasted hazelnuts, chunks of dried fig and just enough aniseed to taste without over-powering. Delicious with cheeses, honey and other sweet and savoury toppings. Available on Saturdays only.

Net weight approx 500g.

 

  • INGREDIENTS

    White, rye & wholemeal flours (gluten), water, hazelnuts (nuts), dried figs (sulphites), sea salt, aniseed.

  • STORAGE INFO

    Keeps for a few days at room temperature (not too warm) in a paper or cloth bag. Freezes well.
