Earl Grey Fruitcake Loaf (500g)

Our Earl Grey Fruitcake has been a Holtwhites staple since we opened our doors in 2011. Super rich and moist, packed with sultanas, raisins and apricots soaked in earl grey tea, golden syrup, ground almonds, butter and rye flour (no wheat). This is a supremely luxurious cake!
Each loaf weighs approximately 500g, equivalent to 5 of our standard slices.
Keeps for a couple of weeks wrapped in wax paper. In warmer weather we suggest storing in the fridge.
