Chase Sourdough
Authentic, long fermentation sourdough made with our sourdough culture and organic white, wholemeal and rye flours. Awarded Gold at World Bread Awards 2016, 2017 and 2019. Available as a "small" 400g or "large" 800g loaf.
INGREDIENTS
Organic white flour (wheat gluten), organic 100% wholemeal flour (wheat gluten), organic dark rye flour (rye gluten), water, sea salt.
STORAGE INFO
Stays fresh 4-5 days if stored at room temperature (not too warm) in a cloth bag. Freezes well.

Baked daily 7 days a week.
