Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This Name & Win competition is organised by Holtwhites Bakeries, with registered office at 28 Bycullah Avenue, Enfield EN2 8DN (the “Promoter”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

 

2. Eligibility

​

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18+ at the time of entry.

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

• There is no entry fee to enter this competition.

• Maximum of one entry per person.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on Tuesday 17th February and closes at 23:59 BST on Sunday 22nd February. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

 

4. How to Enter

​

• To enter the competition, participants must

  • Follow holtwhitesbakery on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/holtwhitesbakery

  • Comment with the correct name of a product shown in the Name & Win reel
     

• Each person can win a maximum of one individual product; if more than one product is named then the entrant would win the first product named correctly that has not already been won.

• Everyone who enters will be entered into the free prize draw to win a £20 voucher.

• No purchase is necessary.

• Multiple comments are allowed but do not constitute additional entries.

5. Prizes
 

• The prizes consist of:

  • A selection individual products

  • One £20 Holtwhites Gift Voucher
     

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

• Prizes must be collected in store, in Palmers Green or Chase Side Enfield, before 22nd May 2026, with the collection date confirmed by Instagram DM at least one day in advance of pick up.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
 

• The winner of the individual products will be chosen based on comments on the Instagram post.

• The winner of the £20 Gift Voucher will be chosen at random from all valid entries submitted.

• The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The winner will be notified via Instagram within 72 hours of the competition closing.

• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

7. Publicity
 

By entering, the winner agrees to the Promoter using their name in social media and other promotional material.

8. Data Protection

9. General
 

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary.

• The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the competition.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
