Holtwhites Summer Nibbles Hamper Giveway- June 2026
Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is organised by Holtwhites Bakeries, with registered office at 28 Bycullah Avenue, Enfield EN2 8DN (the “Promoter”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

 

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18+ at the time of entry.

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

• There is no entry fee to enter this competition.

• Maximum of one entry per person.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on Thurs 25th June and closes at 23:59 BST on Sunday 12th July. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must either

• Visit https://www.holtwhitesbakery.shop/competition-entry-summer-hamper and complete the entry form with their name and email address, or

• Complete and submit an entry form in store

No purchase is necessary.

5. Prize

The prize consists of:

• Summer Drinks and Nibbles Hamper valued at £50, or an alternative prize of a Holtwhites Gift Voucher to the value of £50.

• The hamper must be picked up in store, in Palmers Green or Chase Side Enfield no later than Sunday 26th July, on a day agreed with Holtwhites staff.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries submitted.

• The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The winner will be notified via email within one week of the competition closing.

• If the winner does not respond within one week, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

7. Publicity

By entering, the winner agrees to the Promoter using their name in social media and other promotional material.

 

8. Data Protection

9. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary.

• The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the competition.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
